By offering all the assistance required to help entrepreneurs establish themselves before they scale up their enterprises, the Incubation Cell supports technological ventures through their start-up period. It supports business owners who want to turn inventions into profitable goods and services.

Objectives of Incubation Cell

1. To motivate young entrepreneurs and encourage innovative ideas.
2. To build an ecosystem that promotes self-employment and innovation while also providing students with training.
3. To assist entrepreneurs in establishing themselves before scaling up their digital companies by giving the required support during the start-up phase.
4. To conduct relevant seminars, workshops, and lectures with experts to familiarise students with the techniques, insights, and information necessary to become successful entrepreneurs.
5. To provide adequate mentorship opportunities for college students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs.

Activities 2021-22

1. Incubation Cell in association with Department of IT/CS had organized an event by the name of “MIND SPARK" on 17th Jan 2022, encouraging the young entrepreneurs' to showcase their ideas by identifying an existing problem and finding a solution to it.
2. A talk on "From Job Seeker to Job Giver" by Mr. Satish Bendre, an Academician and Corporate trainer was organized on 24th Jan 2022 to motivate the entrepreneurial spirit in the students.
3. On 24th Feb 2022, NKBMS and Incubation cell jointly organized a session on "Coach the Entrepreneur in You". The session was conducted by Mr. Sushant Sharma, Sr. Advisor & Corporate Trainer. The session focussed on sharpening the entrepreneurial skills of the students. Case studies and live examples were taken by Mr. Sharma, which made the session very interesting.
