ZESTECH
ZESTECH is an annual intercollegiate festival organized by the Department of IT/CS at Nagindas Khandwala College. The event blends technology, sports, and creativity under the banner "Create. Crack. Connect." attracting enthusiastic participation from students across India. Over the years, ZESTECH has emerged as a hub for innovation, competition, and student collaboration.
AY 2016–17
ZESTECH was held on 4th and 5th January 2017, featuring technical and sports events with 15 participating colleges. FYCS students from the host college won the first prize in the Best Project Exhibition category.
AY 2017–18
The festival was conducted on 25th and 27th January 2018 with 16 engaging events and participation from 255 students across 43 colleges. L.S. Raheja College was declared the Best Participating College and the event saw active support from 8 sponsors.
AY 2018–19
ZESTECH took place from 24th to 26th January 2019, starting with a DJ Night on 23rd January. Over 250 students from more than 20 colleges participated, with VIVA College, Virar earning the Best Participating College title.
AY 2019–20
Organized from 22nd to 26th January 2020 with the theme "Utopia Vs Dystopia", the event featured Tech Shashtra, Sports, and Gamers Asylum. Around 694 students from 70 colleges participated, and VIVA College secured both Best College and Best CL titles.
AY 2020–21
Held virtually from 20th to 23rd January 2021, ZESTECH included events like Solo Dance, Mandala Art, CS GO, and Valorant. With 150+ participants from 40 colleges, Xavier Institute of Engineering was awarded Best Participating College.
AY 2021–22
ZESTECH was organized from 17th to 19th January 2022 with the theme “Technovation – Think Different.” Over 200 students from 40 colleges across multiple states participated, with Universal MSG-SGKM College, Ghatkopar East winning Best Participating College.
AY 2022–23
ZESTECH was held from 23rd to 25th January 2023 under the theme "Create Crack Connect", attracting 268 students from 20+ colleges. Web Designing was the highlight, with internship opportunities offered by Amplisopt Technologies, and MSG-SGKM College named Best Participating College.
AY 2023–24
Conducted from 9th to 12th January 2024, the event witnessed participation from over 300 students across a variety of technical, cultural, and sports events. Universal MSG-SGKM College once again earned the Best Participating College award.
AY 2024–25
ZESTECH 2025 was held from 6th to 9th January 2025 with vibrant events spanning tech, gaming, and culture. Over 150 students participated from various colleges, and Patkar Varde College emerged as the overall winner.
