Faculty Training Programmes are organized based on Competency-Based Skill Matrices, with feedback analysis conducted for continuous improvement. The effectiveness of these programmes is assessed at intervals of one, three, and six months to ensure long-term impact and relevance.

The faculty members were able to implement the knowledge gained from the training in the relevant aspects of their work life, explains the success of the programmes.
