ABOUT PROGRAMME

B.Sc (Hons.) in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

The degree programme in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics provides an in-depth insight into the science of nutrition and a healthy diet planning. This programme will expand your knowledge of nutrition and wellness, hone your skills as a nutritionist, and challenge you to think critically about health from a global perspective. The programme has been designed to meet the academic requirements and professional competencies for entry-level health professionals.

The curriculum has been developed in close consultation with chief dietitians and nutritionists globally, in order to provide students with up-to-date and relevant knowledge, as well as specialised skills in all domains of health & nutrition practice. This programme is the first step to a fulfilling career in nutritional health & wellness.

Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

This programme aims to equip the food and nutrition professionals with the in-depth knowledge and skills in nutrition research methods, nutrition analysis, community nutrition & communication, as well as food labelling and requirements. The skills and attributes will allow them to contribute effectively in nutrition research & food product development, applied nutrition & food marketing in food science, and public health promotion. This programme also provides an understanding of how to educate a community about the importance of nutrition, as well as the ever-changing relationship between nutrition and societal factors.

M.Sc in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

Masters Degree in Integrative Nutrition helps students to deepen their knowledge and expand their perspectives about health, nutrition and lifestyle. Emerging as one of the most popular sciences, human nutrition integrates knowledge from diverse areas of science to present a unified view of this dynamic discipline and its applications. You will examine how nutrients and eating patterns impact on health and well-being, and the role of diet in both health and disease. The science-based curriculum will let you explore the factors that contribute to disease prevention and control; as well as the promotion and maintenance of good health. PROGRAMME DETAILS

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

Duration: 3 years

Eligibility: The student must have passed 10+2 / Grade 12/ HSC, and also Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Subjects such as Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc. and related subjects at the 10+2 level are accepted.

M.Sc. in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

Duration: 2 years

Eligibility: Passed Graduation in Bachelor of Science with specialization in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics/ Bachelor of Home Science with Food Nutrition & Dietetics / B.Sc. with Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Science / Microbiology / B.Sc. with any other Biological Science.

Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Nutrition & Dietetics

Duration: 1 years

Eligibility: Passed Graduation in Bachelor of Science with specialization in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics/ Bachelor of Home Science with Food Nutrition & Dietetics / B.Sc. with Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Science / Microbiology / B.Sc. with any other Biological Science.
