About TEAM
TEAM, an acronym for Together Everyone Achieves More, is an inter-collegiate sports and cultural initiative created exclusively for the administrative and non-teaching staff of colleges. Introduced during the academic year 2003–2004, the initiative established Malad Kandivli Education Society's Nagindas Khandwala College as the first college in Maharashtra to provide a dedicated platform where administrative staff could demonstrate their sporting abilities, creativity and cultural talent.
The programme brings together staff members from colleges across the Mumbai region and neighbouring districts through a wide range of individual and team events.

TEAM encourages fitness, sportsmanship, creative expression and professional bonding among administrative staff. A rolling trophy is awarded to the college securing the highest number of prizes across individual and group events.

Report for Academic Year 2025–2026
The Administrative Staff of Malad Kandivli Education Society's Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce, Arts and Management Studies and Shantaben Nagindas Khandwala College of Science successfully organised the 17th TEAM Inter-Collegiate Sports and Cultural Events in December 2025. Administrative staff members from colleges across Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts participated in the programme.
Inauguration
TEAM 2025 was inaugurated by Shri Digant Upadhyaya, Hon. Secretary, M.K.E.S., in the presence of Shri Dilip Gala, Hon. Secretary, M.K.E.S.; Prof. Dr. Moushumi Datta, Director and Principal; Prof. Dr. Mona Mehta, Vice Principal, Degree College; Ms. Anuja John, Vice Principal, Junior College; and staff members of MKES College of Law and MKES Institute of Management Studies and Research.
Outdoor Sports Events
The cricket and volleyball tournaments were conducted on 9 and 10 December 2025 at the Sports Authority of India Ground, Akurli Road, Kandivli East, Mumbai.

Conclusion
The 17th edition of TEAM continued MKES's longstanding commitment to promoting sportsmanship, cultural participation, unity and professional camaraderie among administrative staff. The programme demonstrated the value of providing non-teaching staff with an inclusive inter-collegiate platform for recognition, interaction and personal development.

Glimpses of the TEAM Inter-Collegiate Sports and Cultural Events
Report for Academic Year 2024–2025
The 16th TEAM Inter-Collegiate Sports and Cultural Events were conducted from 26 December 2024 to 30 December 2024. More than 500 administrative and non-teaching staff members representing approximately 30 colleges from the Mumbai region participated in the programme.
The programme featured cricket, volleyball, shot put for men and women, carrom for men and women, chess, memory games, candle lighting, rangoli, mehendi, best out of waste, solo singing, duet singing, stand-up comedy and one-minute games. The strong participation reflected TEAM's continuing role in creating opportunities for staff members to display their talent, build professional relationships and engage in healthy competition.
